Thanks to 5+ years of experience and over 600 legally hired Indonesian employees in Poland, KIS gained the know-how of recruiting, sending, and hiring Indonesian workers legally in Poland.

- Assistance in obtaining specific insurance
- Briefings with your future employee before their interview
- Coordination during the embassy appointment
- Help with acquiring local insurance and arranging a full medical check-up
- Processing the KTKLN card
- Purchasing plane tickets to the nearest airport to your company (currently, we mainly send people to Berlin Schönefeld and Warsaw Chopin airports)
Legalization of work in Poland
Hiring an Indonesian employee is easier than you might think. At KIS, we are happy to provide you with clear instructions on obtaining all the necessary documents for legal hiring. Depending on the length of your employee’s stay in Poland, we can assist you with everything you need!
What should you do if your employee arrives in Poland but their work visa expires? If you are interested in hiring an Indonesian worker who is already in Poland, you may be unsure how to verify their legal documents. Alternatively, if you’ve already hired someone but are unsure how to proceed after their work visa has expired,
KIS is here to help you!
Coordination of employees
Living and working in Poland is quite different from doing so in Indonesia. Throughout our years of working with Indonesian employees, we have learned how to effectively communicate and guide them as they embark on their new life in Europe. We provide assistance with obtaining a PESEL number, setting up a phone number, opening a bank account, and offer tips on using public transportation, navigating public healthcare, and much more.
Legalization of cooperation with the Indonesian agency
If you are a work agency seeking to hire Indonesian employees, you will need a Demand Letter signed by the Indonesian Embassy in Poland. KIS collaborates with multiple Polish agencies and has all the resources you need to simplify the legalization process.
